Delivery times vary depending on the destination and generally range from 7–20 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

 

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

 

 

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order. OneSto Shop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your claim and provide an appropriate solution.

 

 

OneStop Shop shall not be held liable for delays or delivery failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, or carrier-related issues.
